Chef Chris Guzon graduated the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, NY, in 1990. From working in a large hotel (the Marriott Marquis in NYC) to various country clubs of Long Island's North Shore to small, intimate restaurants, he brings a vast knowledge of cuisines and tastes to Vermont. His wife, Dina Yando, brings years of front-of-the-house experience together with her love of gardens. Being schooled and trained as a landscape architect, it allows her the ability to accentuate the exciting connection between culinary and horticulture arts. Growing herbs, vegetables and flowers for the restaurant's use is a realistic goal for the couple. Their son, Emmanuel, can usually be found somewhere in the restaurant. It's a family affair.
